 written by Robar144 , July 29, 2010 Naw, I almost always C&R. The exceptions are when I am targeting gills, crapie or other eddibles in non urban lakes. I have eaten quite a few Bass in the past and while they are not bad but I think they are a bit gamey. My favorite are the gills craps cats trout wallys and pearch when I can find them. At this point I really enjoy the sport of the fishing in dupage. It wasnt that long ago that the fishing in this area seemed to be either exhausted or polluted away. The DP DNR has done a great job rebuilding the fisheries around here. report abuse
